St. Luke’s created this social media piece to educate every employee that every day, every action in every job across the system contributes to the patient experience.

The team at Wide Eye worked with the marketing staff at St. Luke’s to develop the production style: a free-form, hand held photographic style that gives the viewer a feeling of being a “fly on the wall.” Fast paced edits combine with emotional music crescendos with employees revealing on hand written cards what the “patient experience” means to them.
